This strength and conditioning class is good for all fitness levels. Required minimum equipment: Resistance bands w/attachments, and will make use of any equipment you have. If you are in need of equipment, you can grab some from https://linktr.ee/Izzymofitness.

1 credit is required for each SGT session you attend. This package provides all 8 credits upfront.
